1/12 Acrylic Light Blue/Med. Blue Marl

2/24 Light Blue/ Medium blue Marl acrylic hi bulk 4800-5000 yards per lb. approx. 3lbs. Knit using 1 strand tension 5-6 knit 2 strands tension 7 for approx. 7.5 stitches per inch. Knit 3 strands for a sport weight yarn tension 9-10. All purpose yarn for all types of knits. For double bed jacquard knitting or Passap machine knit 2 strands tension 5/5 or where you usually set your tension for 2 strands of 2/24. Knit afghans, sweaters,skirts, jackets, ponchos, shawls, scarves, hats, mittens, gloves, blankets, baby garments, household items. Machine wash and dry or hand wash and lay flat to dry. When steaming leave steam above item press down with your hand, be careful not to press down on the acrylic too much when trying to flatten out edges. For afghans you might want to crochet around the edges, make a ruffle, put back on the machine and knit and edging, or make a cording and seam to the edges. For sweaters and garments I usually do not steam the items. This is a great all purpose yarn. The weight 5 is for shipping purposes.
